Because it doesn't exist. Today, we have declarations of human rights, declarations of economic and social rights, but no declaration of monetary rights. The financial revolution we are experiencing today with the emergence of decentralized monetary systems is historic. This revolution calls into question, on a global scale, almost all the principles and practices that were considered the norm in centralized monetary systems. The result is considerable and potentially dangerous chaos which requires the creation of new unifying concepts that will allow centralized and decentralized systems to be thought of together, for the universal public good of all of humanity.
The free access to currency and payments is a foundational right of each and every person.
In order for monetary rights to exist there must be a universal recognition of that which is a currency within a deferred payment:
"Currency is that which passes freely from hand to hand throughout the community in final discharge of debts and full payment for a commodity, being accepted equally without reference to the character or credit of the person who offers it and without the intention of the person who receives it to consume it or apply it to any other use than in turn to tender it to others in discharge of debts or payment for commodity.”
Such currency is the liability of no one.
Why is it liberating?
Rights for all economic and social actors will consecrate peoples economic freedoms via choice, and more particularly their capacity to define by themselves the values they want to produce as well as the modes of exchange of these values. This confers on all entrepreneurs the freedom to finance the productions of their choice and the freedom to finance the fiscal and social charges of their choice. The economic freedom thus increases in correlation with the social responsibility.
Why do it?
Because it is necessary to arrive at the point where money is no longer considered only as an economic asset, but as a human right granted in an unconditional and universal way. This recognizes humanities right to build the future of our societies by having recourse to a currency whose creation no longer systematically refers to debt, but to the creation of public good. By opening up this possibility, we collectively are creating a different future for our generation and all those who will follow you and who will demand, an equal right of access to present and future wealth be recognized.
The Principle Right
The principle right afforded to all of humanity is to create one's own debt free money directly from one's economic production without fear, favour, censorship or any form of coercion.
