STATUTES OF INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT ASSOCIATION
An Association is established, entitled the International Association of Digital Financial Market Infrastructures known as 'ISA' (hereinafter called the Association).
The Association fosters the Development of Digital Financial Market Infrastructure throughout the world, through the development of knowledge of Money, Currency, Payments and Capital, and the deployment via common Digital Financial Market Infrastructures.
The Association lends its aid to international exchanges, in every form, and facilitates by methods of international co-operation meetings among market participants and the access to technologies, publications and documents.
The Association encourages in every country the development of institutions devoted to the study of Digital Financial Markets and stimulates their creation in countries where they do not exist.
The Association fulfils its task mainly by making use of existing institutions; it strives to co-ordinate their activities and afford them new facilities. The Association has no committee, but may via member consensus, undertake certain works on its own initiative.
The Association has for its members Financial Market Infrastructure participants which devote themselves to the related activities of the Association.
The Association is non-incorporated, and has no assets, no physical or jurisdictional residence, cannot enter into any legal agreement with any party, and cannot take on any contractual lability with any party within any jurisdiction, or sue or be sued.
The members of the unincorporated association do things on behalf of the association.
The Association has no legal or physical presence, has no physical address within any jurisdiction,; This site does not represent the Association and has a purely ephemeral presence within a legal jurisdiction.
The content published within this site does not represent the views of the Association, rather the content represents the individual opinions of the Associations members. All access to the published content is subject to the MIT license, one may not access or view any content without the express acceptance of this License and its contained terms and conditions, which includes a specific disclaimer of any and all liability by the Association for any members published content, within any and all legal jurisdictions.
This site operates as an Automatron : a machine which performs a range of functions according to a predetermined set of coded instructions. There cannot exist any casual relationship between the Automatron and any human entity, as the Automatron is based upon non bespoke industry standards which have evolved over 40 years of experience. All access to this site is predicated upon an the conditional acceptance of this fact: an Automatron cannot be held liable per se for acts or omissions that cause damage to third parties. Within the EU this is defined within the Commission on Civil Law Rules on Robotics (2015/2103(INL)., which states Where a Automatron takes autonomous decisions, according to the Resolution “the traditional rules will not suffice to give rise to legal liability for damage caused by a Automatron , since they would not make it possible to identify the party responsible for providing compensation and to require that party to make good the damage it has caused.”
The website www.internationalsettlementassociation.org/ is established and its operation entirely funded on a voluntary, and rotational basis of its members, to support the distribution of the Associations publications and documents to the worlds community under the MIT License, and hence without restriction on redistribution. This site and its content will self deprecate with the Association.
The Association is automatically dissolved, by the withdrawal of all of its members.
