The Gold Bullion Supply

The International Settlement Association (ISA_, supply of Golf Bullion, consists of the entire 1971 Gold Stannard, legally dematerialised physical 400 ounce bullion bars. Each Gold bar has full provence from its original refiner, and is subject to a full audit of each and every bar.

The World Currency Unit (WCU)-Capital supply is a ounce for ounce barter exchange with an original 400 ounce bar with full provence to its refiner.

The Mint
The International Settlement Association provide a mint to enable the creation of WCU Coins . These Coins are fungible money-capital. Once the Bullion supply has been fully deployed the Mint will cease to exist. The Coin contains units of account (bits) on a 100 bits per ounce basis.

The Jason Web Token Coin consists of a Header and body parts plus a signature to seal the Mint Coin.
The body parts are shown to the Left..
The first part contains the serialised Coin data
The second part contains the Provenance back to the original physical 400 ox bullion bar.
The Bullion supply is fixed though to eternity via each bars inclusion within a Merkle Tree.
The root of this tree is published in a physical paper back book in 2000, and also included here
Each and every Mont Coin included a Merkle proof which allows anyone on the planet to independently verify each and every Coins provence back to its original refiner and last physical vault audit.

Coin with face value which prices the worlds trade via the same law of one price, and hence represents currency perfection.

Notes
1. All central Banks and all bullion storage facilities cease to fully audit their Gold storage ~ 2011-2012. The International Settlement Association, supply is the last known fully auditable Gold bullion available to humanity today. There exists 97 original refiners of the Gold Standard supply.
2. The entire dematerialised 400 ounce supply is held in an offline cold storage facility, which has no online or internet access, each and every Coin must be biometrically authorized and issued to a LCA Mint via the Information Theoretically Secure Coin cipher.
3. The Coin cryptosystem is considered to have information-theoretic security (also called unconditional security if the system is secure against adversaries. This means that the Coins security is not based on the difficulty of breaking a code, but rather on the impossibility of extracting useful information from the ciphertext, even with unlimited computational power.
4. Legal dematerialisation, in the context of Gold Bullion, involves converting physical bullion bars (non-fungible) into digital fungible form, allowing for electronic holding and trading of Gold.
